Here are two recent prayers the Rav wrote, for people to say to help remove the spiritual barriers preventing him from reaching Uman for Rosh Hashana 5785.

If you’ve been with me for a while, you’ll remember that last year the Rav warned for many weeks before Rosh Hashana that if he was prevented from getting to Uman for the Kibbutz of 5784, a terrible disaster was in store for Am Yisrael.

Sadly for us, he was of course right.

This year, the Rav is saying if he gets to Uman for Rosh Hashana 5785, everything will be sweetened, the hostages will be returned, the war will end – and people’s mind will finally open [to understand what is really going on, why, and who is behind it.]

Below are two prayers.

I will translate the first, more simple one. Please print it out, and say it every day until Rosh Hashana 5785.

The second prayer, in yellow, is the ‘advanced class’ of praying for the Rav to get to Uman. It’s much longer, the Hebrew is more difficult to follow, and the hidden meanings of the prayer are more obscured.

The Rav has asked for this prayer to be recited seven times every day, until Rosh Hashana 5785.

In case you didn’t already know, the Rav is no longer in Israel.

He left before the prayer gathering in Hevron last week, and no-one knows where he is – except, that he’s on the way to trying to get to Uman.

Bezrat Hashem, this year he will make it.

And also Bezrat Hashem, this year, way more people – way more of the readers on this blog – will take the importance of the Rav’s getting to Uman for 5785 more seriously than last year, when one particularly poisonous Kahane-fan was mocking the whole thing openly.

Thank God, he’s no longer commenting here, and I really hope he made the teshuva required.

We can’t do this without the Tzaddik HaEmet.

But he can’t do this without us, either.

There are no free rides in Judaism.

So if you’re expecting all this to turn around magically, with no particular effort or self-sacrifice or teshuva or change required, you are probably practising the wrong religion.

May we just hear good news.

ENGLISH TRANSLATION OF THE PRAYER FOR RAV BERLAND TO BE BY THE TZION IN UMAN FOR THIS YEAR’S GATHERING IN UMAN, ON ROSH HASHANA 5785.

Ribonu shel Olam, Master of the World, Who can do anything, and from Whom nothing is withheld.

Please merit Rav Eliezer ben Ettia to be by the holy and awesome Tzion of Rabbenu HaKadosh on Rosh Hashana 5785.

And that no prohibition or obstacle can stop him from prostrating himself on the holy and awesome Tzion on erev Rosh Hashana, and from praying on the two days and on the following Shabbat kodesh at the holy and awesome kibbutz (gathering).

As the holy and awesome Rabbenu said, that on erev Rosh Hashana, everyone should come and prostrate themselves on his holy and awesome grave, and that on Rosh Hashana he promised to pray together with AN’SH.[1]

And Moharanat (Rav Natan) said that if Rabbenu is to be found on Rosh Hashana with the whole of AN’SH, that after all all the Seven Shepherds, Avraham, Yitzhak, Yaakov, Moshe, Aharon, Yosef and David – all of them are to be found together with the holy and awesome Rabbenu.

And if all the holy and awesome kibbutz is going to pray [together] for two days, and also with the holy Shabbat, which also has the din (judgement) of Rosh Hashana.

And by way of this, awesome salvations will be worked for Am Yisrael, to return the captives, and to end the war, and to open all the minds, and to return the whole of Am Yisrael in complete teshuva.

And by way of this, will be the merit of the coming of the Moshiach ben David.

Given that by way of the head of the year we will merit(?) to be included in the hole of the days of nuqva’ defardasqa’, that thence is the spirit of the resurrection of the dead ones, and to be included in the left hole, that thence is the spirit of the kingdom of, the secret of, one God, the Messiah son of Dawid, in the blink of an eye.
