Some thoughts on cleaning out the chametz
Bottom line:
It’s totally impossible to clean out all the chametz.
Which is where the nullification prayer comes in that we say when we burn the chametz, because without God’s help – it’s totally impossible to keep the mitzvot of removing all chametz.
Clearly, that’s a lesson for us about our own bad middot, too.
We can’t do it by ourselves – we have to make our effort, we can’t just leave a week old challah on the counter and claim we’ve ‘cleaned for Pesach’. We have to do our bit.
But really?
The prayer is what really makes all the difference.
God’s help is the only way we get this done.

I am feeling a little like I ‘lost’ myself this week, in all the cleaning.
And today, I am starting the cooking, BH.
I know this whole Pesach process is spiritual birur, so when I started feeling a little strange yesterday, I understood this is just part of the Pesach ‘cleaning’ process – the real process, which is internal.
Understanding that I can’t clean out every last bit of bad middot myself – it’s impossible.
We all have our equivalent of crumbs down the back of the armchair, that no human being, nor vacuum cleaner, can ever get close to.
Usually, I spend hours with a toothbrush down the back of the armchair.
This year, I didn’t have koach for that. I swept it really well, wipee’d it – and now, I’m relying on the prayer to nullify what’s left.

I am doing a lot of learning about apocalyptic xtian movements from 200 years ago, who basically turned into ‘xtian-zionists’ and founded the State, with some help from so many sincere, but misguided Jews and of course, their ‘puppet leaders’ of the Jewish community.
At some point, I will do a deep-dive here on the blog, but for now, it’s enough to point out that these apocalyptic xtians need ‘the end of the world’ to be happening, in a really bad way, to align with their warped religious understanding of Jewish prophecy – and the non-Jewish, New Testament ‘Book of Revelation’.

That’s why things are constantly being manipulate to bring the world ‘to the brink’, with wars, dramas, bad stuff all the time.
The thin line between ‘apocalyptic evangelicals’ and ‘satanic freemasons’ is actually way, way thinner than anyone realises.
And in many cases, actually doesn’t exist.
It all revolves around the issue of ‘talking in tongues’, which even when that started happening back in the 1830s in evangelical (apocalyptic, philo-semitic) communities like Edward Irving’s, was called out by so many other xtians as actually being satanic, and demonic possession.
Yes, we’re back to the so-called ‘Plymouth Brethren’, that spread all over the United States.
But, many of these ‘apocalyptic evangelicals’ also occupied senior roles in the British political establishment.
So, no wonder that people like Aleister Crowley, from a Plymouth Brethren family who believed in ‘talking in tongues’ turned ‘full satanist’….
====
As mentioned, the dividing line between ‘apocalyptic evangelicals’ and mamash satanists doesn’t exist, in so many cases.
Which starts to explain a lot, doesn’t it?
====
So, when we read headlines like this, even in the ‘orthodox’ Jewish blog world:
Urgent news and dire indicators
We should understand that the news cycle these posts are based upon are in turn run by ‘apocalyptic evangelicals’ and ‘satanic masons’.
Who have a religious agenda for Armageddon, and a specific role for the Jewish people, and the failed State, within all their xtian-satanic ‘eschatalogy’.
And we should understand that this stuff isn’t Jewish.
Judaism teaches: prayer, charity and teshuva overturn every decree.
If you’ve been with the Rav for a while now, you can probably count tens of occasions when ‘dire occurrences’ that everyone was predicting or expecting turned around for the very best and disappeared – miraculously.

One more thing, while we’re talking about z-ists.
R Green has been posting up some interesting stuff, which I’ve been reading on THIS blog, about z-ists and anti-z-ists in the Jewish world.
You can find his substack HERE, with all the posts in order.
I have tremendous respect for R Green, who is an outstanding individual – and part of that organisation that I can’t type -here on the blog, without getting my posts whited-out – exactly as happens when I say too much about Frankists or masons.
But – in some cases, he is still operating from a massive blindspot, about just how fundamentally connected the organisation he belongs to is, with the Z-ist ruling elite, who in turn are linked inextricably with ‘apocalyptic xtians’ and masons.
I would love to hear R Green’s explanation for how Nazis, mamash high-ranking Nazis, rescued the Frederikke Rebbe and his whole family from the middle of Warsaw, in 1940.
How does that make sense?
Historian Bryan Mark Rigg sets out the whole story in a book he wrote called ‘Rescued by the Reich’ – you can borrow it for free HERE.

While we are on the subject, I see so many new Cha bad gans opening up all over Israel.
And this is very surprising to me – because Cha bad is not popular in Eretz Yisrael, the way it’s become the only game in town, in chul.
There’s a new shul being in Talpiot – it’s Cha bad.
There are already 5 Cha bad ‘shuls’ within a ten minute walk of my house – and I have to wonder who is paying for all of this, because most of these places either don’t get a minyan, or the minyan is pretty small.
====
Don’t get me wrong.
There are some, perhaps a lot, of fantastic, upright and sincere Jews in that organisation.
Mamash.
But that doesn’t mean that we shouldn’t be taking a much closer look at what is really going on here.
That doesn’t mean we shouldn’t be trying to clean out the communal chametz this Pesach, and to identify where it’s hiding out.
Deep, deep, deep down the back of the communal sofa, where no-one has thought to look for it for 200 years.
====
(Hey, I just found some….)
====
We clean this stuff out, only with God’s help.
Only really, with prayer, and understanding that Ein Od Milvado.
But in the meantime, there is some pretty rancid chametz shoved down the back of the communal sofa.
And the least we can do, is at least recognise that Houston, we have a problem.

PS: Rebbe Nachman says this in Sefer HaMiddot about people who oppose the True Tzaddikim:
No. 163: “Sexual violators are for the most part opposers of the tzaddikim.”
If you are aware of the awful story that’s just come out here, and if you remember which person publically called for the government to forcibly prevent the Breslovers from getting to Uman for Rosh Hashana 5783 (2023)…. what I just wrote here will start to make a lot of sense.
Wishing you and the fam. Chag Aviv Kasher vMatok and Samayach!
Very good post here.
So much nonsense going on, I try very hard to see beyond it to the rays of light coming from the approaching Geulah!
