More thoughts on healing teeth

First, Jude sent in a useful comment that I wanted to put into a post, so more people see it.

Here it is:

Thank you for bringing Dr. Ellie’s dental protocols to your readers’ attention. While I agree with her emphasis on maintaining proper pH balance in the mouth for optimal dental health, I respectfully disagree with her methods for several reasons.

First, her reliance on fluoride is concerning. Fluoride is known to calcify the pineal gland, which some believe dulls intuition and spiritual awareness. Its inclusion in our water supply lacks solid evidence of benefiting teeth. Additionally, Dr. Ellie’s mouthwash regimen introduces chemicals that can easily get into the brain and, and then there is the xylitol, which she recommends in large doses despite limited research supporting its safety. Harsh brushing, another component of her protocol, can damage gums and tooth enamel. Finally, her use of glycerin in toothpaste and mouthwash hinder teeth’s natural ability to regenerate.

That said, Dr. Ellie’s focus on pH balance and fostering beneficial oral bacteria is spot-on. There are gentler, more natural ways to achieve this. Eating alkaline foods like vegetables, leafy greens, and certain fruits can naturally shift the mouth’s pH and, over time, transform the bacterial environment in both the mouth and gut. Natural alternatives like cinnamon water, lavender, or other essential oils can help eliminate harmful bacteria without harsh chemicals.

I highly recommend looking into Amnon Levav’s protocol at Topheal here in Israel – https://topheal.ravpage.co.il/w1w-white – His methods have proven effective.

My wife has followed his approach and seen remarkable results in a short time, after years of trying other methods with little success. Happy to put you in touch with her if you’re interested.

Whenever I get firsthand information from people I know and trust, I am very happy to share it, as there is so much ‘misinformation’ and ‘disinformation’ being spread about everything, but especially, what makes us healthy and what doesn’t.

That said, there are some clarifications required.

  1. Dr Ellie says stay away from glycerin, wherever possible.
  2. My personal experience of brushing teeth, is that hard brushing, including on the gums is useful – this is what Dr Ellie recommends, but many others disagree.
  3. She’s AGAINST fluoride in water, strongly, and also AGAINST fluoride for kids, but says it has a role to play in adult healthcare. It may also be calcifying the pineal gland, but probably way less than using a smartphone….
  4. The mouthwashes she recommends are specific, and avoid the really bad chemicals. One of them, Listerine, is based on essential oils – she says cool mint or regular flavour.
  5. Xylitol is a naturally occurring alcohol sugar, derived from the birch tree, that was a key ingredient in the MIZWAK stick, chewed for millenia by various peoples, to keep their mouth healthy.

I looked up ‘xylitol’ and health issues – and quickly got to a bunch of articles saying it’s linked to cardiovascular issues by THIS study, put out by the Cleveland Clinic in June 2024.

This is the bit of the study that especially got my attention:

The research is part of Dr. Hazen’s ongoing investigation into factors that contribute to residual cardiovascular risk. His team follows patients over time and finds chemical signatures in blood that can predict the future development of heart and metabolic disease. He has made pioneering discoveries in atherosclerosis and inflammatory disease research, including the seminal discovery linking gut microbial pathways to cardiovascular disease and metabolic diseases.

Dr. Hazen also directs Cleveland Clinic’s Center for Microbiome and Human Health and holds the Jan Bleeksma Chair in Vascular Cell Biology and Atherosclerosis.

The study was supported in part by National Institutes of Health and the Office of Dietary Supplements.

Disclosures: Dr. Hazen is named as co-inventor on pending and issued patents held by Cleveland Clinic in relation to cardiovascular diagnostics and therapeutics.

Has this guy done any ‘research’ into the effect of the shots on cardiovascular health?

I went to look up his published research, HERE.

Nothing about shots, but two out of ten papers talking about how ‘consumption of red meat’ is linked to cardiovascular disease…

Do your own research, decide about xylitol for yourself.

In the meantime, while I was typing this up, I got an email from an old friend I haven’t heard from for a while, who was one of the first people to really clue me into the whole v  ax issues, many moons ago, before Covid was even a glint in Fauci’s eye.

She told me this:

I started Dr Ellie’s complete mouth care system a year ago after many tefilos, and it’s all emes I have never felt bh bah so amazing on it.

Her routine prevented and healed so many issues I kept having. I put my kids on it and all my family members. I emailed her back and forth about any concerns I had about fluoride and listerine. Her responses were always so caring and her answers made so much sense to me ! Unfortunately the holistic dentistry failed me and was not as patient and kind as Dr Ellie was, whose goal is to keep you healthy and away from the Drs chair! Definitely do it and IYH you will have beautiful healthy teeth ad 120!!

==

I trust her, and she’s been doing this for a year and seeing things working.

I’m not saying this is better than what Jude suggested, BH, both seem to be very good options to explore, for anyone who is sick of being kept roped-into the dentistry scam, but just doesn’t know what else to do.

==

Now, let me tell you something interesting.

When all my own ‘cracked tooth’ stuff started up, in fact, two days before it started up, I got a call from someone at Shuvu who helps a lot of the poorest families in the community, some of whom are really not easy people to help.

She was asking if we could help cover the dental treatment of a lady who had really bad teeth, and no money to pay for treatment.

Initially, I got all self-righteous, and really didn’t feel like helping out just because someone couldn’t be bothered to brush their teeth properly….

Then, God sent me a cracked tooth, and I started to do a whole bunch of sincere teshuva.

==

The first thing I did was call back, and pay for her treatment.

That was two months ago.

Resolving the tooth has been quite the journey, for a number of issues, and it took two months of praying on this a lot, and really trying to make teshuva for stuff, to get to Dr Ellie’s book.

In the meantime… the week after I had my own massive filling done on the cracked tooth (after two months of dithering and worrying about the GO in the novocaine…), I got another phone call from the woman who tries to help Shuvu’s poorest families.

She needs two root canals, and they cost 4,000 nis, and she has no idea where she is going to get the money from. Can you help?

==

That’s a lot of money.

At the same time, the timing of it all was exact.

And I understood, that God was giving me the chance to have the ‘pain’ of paying for two root canals, without also having the ‘pain’ of having to experience them myself.

Long story short, we put the payments on tashlumim, and last week, the woman finally got the urgent treatment she had been waiting for, for two months, so her teeth would stop hurting her all the time. (Bezrat Hashem).

==

The day after all that, is when I found Dr Ellie’s book, and ordered it.

So, in some way it’s definitely the answer to some sort of ‘prayer’, that I can continue to avoid root canals for ever…

==

Last thing, is that I personally am not so sure that ‘supplements’ are what they are cracked up to be.

Another reader sent me this a while back:

https://open.substack.com/pub/chemtrails/p/my-vitamin-induced-injuries-how-i?utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=email

From what I can tell of the few other things I’ve read of his, he is a good, honest researcher, with no ‘hidden agendas’.

His research is ‘breadcrumb’ style, the same way I try to do my research, piling up the bits of information I come across, so readers can see how the conclusion is formed, and come to their own conclusions.

And according to him, vitamin D is the active ingredient in rat poison, the supplements industry is totally unregulated and run by ‘Big Pharma’ behind the scenes, and vitamins CANNOT BE ISOLATED and put into pill form.

==

When I first read this post a few months ago, and the others he linked to, I was so shocked by the information presented, I had to stop the deep-dive.

Not because it felt ‘wrong’, but because there was an overwhelming amount of info that seems to show he is right.

That’s my take at this point, I’m happy to stand corrected, and it’s useful to have this debate, because I know so many people are confused by all this, so first-hand information from real people is very, very useful to achieving clarity.

==

Ad kan.

May God keep us all healthy, and give us all the clarity to know what’s really required for that – especially, on the spiritual and emotional levels.

    Vitamin D in Rodenticides
    Common Brands Containing Vitamin D

    Cholecalciferol, also known as Vitamin D3, is increasingly used in rodenticides. Notably, the brand d-CON has transitioned to using cholecalciferol as its active ingredient. This change was made in response to regulations that restricted the use of certain anticoagulant rodenticides.

    Effects of Cholecalciferol
    Cholecalciferol is toxic to rodents and can cause severe health issues in pets and humans if ingested. It leads to dangerously high levels of calcium and phosphorus in the body, which can result in acute kidney failure and other serious conditions.

    Product Forms
    Cholecalciferol is typically found in soft baits and pellets. These products are designed to be placed in bait stations, making them less accessible to pets and children. However, caution is still necessary, as ingestion can lead to severe toxicity.

      HA-ISH,
      YES, D3 DOES LEAVE CALCIUM (AND PHOSPHORUS TOO?) IN THE BODY. IN FACT, AS I’VE UNDERSTOOD IT, IN THE BLOODSTREAM! THAT’S WHY (SO I THOUGHT) A PERSON NEEDS K2 ALONG WITH THE CALCIUM AND D3, TO DELIVER THE MINERALS TO THE BONES. UNTIL NOW I THOUGHT OF THESE THREE SUPPLEMENTS LIKE A BRAID, WOVEN AND WORKING TOGETHER FOR BEST RESULTS. I MIGHT STILL THINK THAT, UNLESS SOMEONE PROVES IT ISN’T TRUE. THIS ALSO DIDN’T MAKE IT INTO THE ARTICLES RIVKA FOUND.

    I read as much as I could stand. I’ve been taking vitamins for a very long time, and thankfully I haven’t had any broken bones…which leads me to the question:

    What about minerals? None of the research you brought here is focused on minerals, even though I found that some of the vitamins are made from a small number of specific mineral ingredients, not always found in the minerals category, along with the other junk (I’m being kind with the word choice here).

    Unbelievable.

    With the exception of outright poison in shots and other forms offered today, isn’t some of this stuff a means of emunah and trust in HaShem with the means he gives people to take care of themselves vs. one method being better than the other? Just channels for health and healing? Surely drinking large amounts of arak isn’t a health advice, but trusting HaShem gave a tzaddik the ability to deliver a miracle through arak or drops. Am I wrong?

      No, I think you are hitting the nail on the head. God is the cause of causes, and the Healer of Healers. That’s the idea behind the pidyonot with a real tzaddik, once you take care of the ‘spiritual judgment’ causing the problem, any mundane means you use to ‘cure it’ works…

      That’s Rabbenu, not me.

    Rabbi Berland’s Prayer To Heal Teeth And Get Out Of Debt
    The following is translated from Rabbi Eliezer Berland’s compendium of prayers in the Refuah Shleimah booklet. To get the prayer in the original Hebrew, you can buy the booklet HERE.

    Master of the world, who can do anything, from whom nothing is withheld, grant me the merit to learn Torah day and night, and fulfil in me the verse, “it is a tree of life to all that hold on to it and its supporters will be happy”.

    And may I merit a complete recovery in my tooth.
    And may I merit to get out of all my debts, and may I merit to be the pipe of abundance for all Am Yisrael.

    And to persist in learning day and night, and not to carry any telephone or mobile phone, and to cut off all the telephones and mobile phones, and may I merit speaking in hitbodedut, and every day to do an hour of hitbodedut.

    And may I merit to see abundance which is without limits, like it says,
    “Hashem will bless you from Zion and you will see the good of Jerusalem all the days of your lives”. “It is (16) a tree (160) of life (68) to all that hold on (245) to it (7) and its supporters (487) will be happy (547)” = 1530.
