Kiss your dentist goodbye

After all the ‘teeth’ saga of the last few months, I decided to do more of a deep dive on teeth.

I got to this book, by a dentist called Ellie Phillips, who worked all over the world, and started to realise that Western dentistry is more of the same band-aid on a physical symptom, than actually getting to the root of the problem:

Long story short, I read it in one sitting, and I highly recommend it.

The website is here (the bots seem to be ‘blanking it out’ – always a good sign you are onto something useful).

Her system basically boils down to fighting the bacteria that cause tooth decay and plaque and gum disease.

And most of that can be boiled down to changing your toothbrush every month, cutting down on ‘snacks’ and drinking all the time, even just sipping water, because every time something enters the mouth it changes the Ph balance, and prevents the saliva in the mouth from ‘remineralising’ the teeth all by itself, and repairing cavities and gum disease.

She also advocates brushing the teeth vigorously, including the gums.

And finally, she has a teethcare routine that involves stuff as simple as Crest toothpaste, plus 3 mouth washes, each of which does something different; plus chewing xylitol gum for 10 minutes (or xylitol mints) after every meal, to stimulate ‘healthy’ saliva.

And people’s teeth start to heal, by themselves.

Her website has a load more details, and / or you can buy the book.

I am no expert, but I have enough of a background in trying to find ‘real’ ideas about how health really works, that I was convinced by her arguments, and I’m trying it out.

Some of it was very interesting and quite surprising – like her take on fluoride being very bad for young kids and in drinking water, but actually having a role to play in adult toothcare.

Bottom line: she has been helping a whole bunch of people stay away from the dentist, and teaching that cavities can and do repair themselves, once the person really understands what is causing them.

So, if this interests you, take a look, decide for yourself if it’s worth a try.

In other news, my husband sent me this ‘spoof’ of how the UK is going down the tubes, which is kind of funny, in that savagely sarcastic way that characterises British humour:

(Not shmirat eynayim friendly).

But it seems to bear out what my BIL told me, that many wealthy Brits are now ‘jumping ship’ to Dubai…

And that inflation is going through the roof.

While most middle-class Brits twiddle their thumbs and keep believing that ‘everything is fine’.

We live in interesting times.

PS: I just came across this, that RFK Jnr’s big ‘health revolution’ boils down to forcing every american to wear biometric trackers all day long, within four years:

==

Can you see what is wrong with this picture?

And how ‘controlled opposition’ really works, to put ‘trusted’ figures in leadership roles precisely to sell the next yucky idea that otherwise no-one would even consider for a millisecond?

Even if people start off with good intentions, the system will make sure to break them, with blackmail, bribes, or plain out threats to the lives of people they love:

==

RFK Jnr’s daughter Saioirse died of a ‘drug overdose’ at her home, aged 22, back on August 2, 2019.

That’s two short months before ‘Covid 19’ apparently began, apparently in Wuhan (if you believe that stuff still….)

Jeffrey Epstein was still being held in prison when Saioirse was ‘found dead’ at home.

And then the week later, August 10, 2019, Epstein himself disappeared, apparently suicided.

==

One more thing, while I’m doing a ‘stream of consciousness’ post anyhow, is that I’ve been pondering who Epstein was really working for.

The modus operandi is that the Evils just blame the Joooooos for everything they themselves do, and are responsible for.

So the idea that Epstein was working for the Mossad, and that’s it, you’ve reached the ‘top of the tree’ is laugh-out-loudable.

So who was he really working for, in a way that spooked American politicians so much, they even went on TV to say it?

==

That is the question.

PPS: Right on cue, ‘Superman Trump’ is stepping into his role of the final 3 1/2 years, when he’s meant to turn against the Jews, and spark off the war of Gog and Magog:

https://www.timesofisrael.com/liveblog_entry/trump-said-to-warn-jewish-donor-that-maga-world-starting-to-hate-israel/

The only incorrect thing here is the bit that says ‘starting to hate’ – the evangelicals have ‘hated’ Israel, i.e. the pesky Jews who refuse to convert, from day one.

Just now, they think they’ve reached the point in their apocalyptical timeline where it’s OK to say it out loud:

    Hi Rivka,

    Thank you for bringing Dr. Ellie’s dental protocols to your readers’ attention. While I agree with her emphasis on maintaining proper pH balance in the mouth for optimal dental health, I respectfully disagree with her methods for several reasons.

    First, her reliance on fluoride is concerning. Fluoride is known to calcify the pineal gland, which some believe dulls intuition and spiritual awareness. Its inclusion in our water supply lacks solid evidence of benefiting teeth. Additionally, Dr. Ellie’s mouthwash regimen introduces chemicals that can easily get into the brain and, and then there is the xylitol, which she recommends in large doses despite limited research supporting its safety. Harsh brushing, another component of her protocol, can damage gums and tooth enamel. Finally, her use of glycerin in toothpaste and mouthwash hinder teeth’s natural ability to regenerate.

    That said, Dr. Ellie’s focus on pH balance and fostering beneficial oral bacteria is spot-on. There are gentler, more natural ways to achieve this. Eating alkaline foods like vegetables, leafy greens, and certain fruits can naturally shift the mouth’s pH and, over time, transform the bacterial environment in both the mouth and gut. Natural alternatives like cinnamon water, lavender, or other essential oils can help eliminate harmful bacteria without harsh chemicals.

    I highly recommend looking into Amnon Levav’s protocol at Topheal here in Israel – https://topheal.ravpage.co.il/w1w-white – His methods have proven effective.

    My wife has followed his approach and seen remarkable results in a short time, after years of trying other methods with little success. Happy to put you in touch with her if you’re interested. 🙂

      Thanks for the link, it sounds v useful. To be clear, dr ellie says to avoid glycerin and recommends three specific mouthwashes with specific formulas that avoid most of the really problematic chemicals. I think your link above sounds fantastic for people who are committed, or can commit, to the more organic approach to life. A lot of people aren’t there… so dr ellie’s approach seems to be a useful at- least-halfway house, to start treating the issue of teeth more helpfully, with products most people can get anywhere they live.

      Re: supplements, what is your take on this, sent to me by another reader:

      He’s saying vitamin D3 is the main ingredient in rat poison. He brings a lot of research, is anti ‘covid’ and generally strikes me as an honest researcher. I’d be interested in your take on his research.

        Hi Rivka,

        Apologies for not getting back to you sooner. Here’s my response to the Vitamin D3 beign dangerous:

        Vitamin D is indeed one of the fat-soluble vitamins (along with A, E, and K) that can accumulate in the body, which is why dosage awareness is important. At extremely high doses, vitamin D can cause hypercalcemia (excessive calcium in the bloodstream), potentially damaging kidneys and other organs.

        However, the dosage difference is crucial:

        For humans, toxicity typically requires taking enormous amounts – around 50,000 IU daily for extended periods – far beyond recommended supplementation levels (typically 1,000-5,000 IU for most adults).

        So for a tiny rat weighing perhaps 1/3000th of a human, a concentrated dose is lethal because it overwhelms their much smaller system. (You could technically make a mousetrap with Iron too too, but that won’t make it dangerous for humans).

        This principle applies to many substances. Water is essential for life, but drinking excessive amounts can cause hyponatremia and death. Iron supplements are beneficial for many people but can be toxic at high doses. Sodium is necessary but excessive consumption causes health problems. If anything, vitamin A is actually easier to overdose on than vitamin D for most people.

    It didn’t start with RFK Jr’s daughter, which I hadn’t heard of before.

    I haven’t verified this, but it’s from a source I trust, and it sounds like this is public knowledge.

    He kept a diary of his philandering, and documented over 30 (in a single year!) incidents. His wife hung herself. This is not sketchy at all. Even though hanging is a very unusual form of suicide for women.

    Though he may be doing some good, it is mixed with considerable bad, and he is not what he portrays himself to be.

    I read the substack article against vitamins. The guy sounds like he used poor quality supplements without guidance of a good practitioner and now wants to say it’s all a scam. He seems off !!!
    No one should be taking bottles and bottles of vitamins from gnc

      There are a few different things going on. Item 1: we can argue that there are ‘real’ vitamins, that can be isolated, and come from healthy sources, vs ‘synthetic’ vitamins which share the same molecular structure, but are actually 100% lab made, and usually derived from chemical dyes that are also poisonous, and used to kill rodents, insects and other pests. (Do an experiment: look up ‘Juglone’ and look up ‘Vitamin K’ – see what you learn.)

      At the very least, it seems that so much of what is being passed off as ‘vitamins’ is actually synthetic poison, that is also recycled as herbicides, rodent-cides – and of course, patented meds.

      ==

      Next, there is the separate issue of whether ‘vitamins’, per se, can actually be extracted from anything, even a healthy source.

      I haven’t done the deep dive on this part of the equation (yet….) I am not sure it’s possible to isolate a ‘vitamin’. Minerals like magnesium, calcium – yes. But ‘vitamins’?

      Really not sure if that’s possible, at this stage.

      ==

      Separately, there are also things called enzymes, which I haven’t done a deep dive on, but like minerals, enzymes at least seem to be real things, l’hatchila.

      It’s the world of lies, don’t forget. I guess it’s just too shocking sometimes to understand just how deep that ocean actually is.
