For me, the issue is less about what they are ‘stealing’ from that alternate reality, or realities, and more about what that ‘alternate reality’ is stealing from humanity, i.e. our souls, ability to think, ability to relate to others, ability to transcend this world and really connect to God.

You had to know that I had heard every word you quoted from the video before I got to the comment. But I forgot to clarify where I was coming from…the alternate reality I was thinking of was more like our own, with humans, rather than one dominated by demons. My thoughts about stealing from that dimension came from that place.
I think the Xian quotes from their “testament” triggered me because in my experience, they talk about demons all…the…time…when they’re not talking about Yoshki, that is.
Much more than we do.
I wonder whether the people who recognize them and talk about them on the video came from Xian families, or even the Sabbatean-Frankist families that connect so readily to Xianity.

Maybe I didn’t understand what you were trying to say, but I wasn’t ‘triggered’. Pretty much the only thing that really triggers me is hypocrites having a go at me for their own projected issues. You are definitely not in that category.
Re: why Jews don’t talk about demons so much: It’s interesting, because Rebbe Nachman and Rav Berland DO talk about demons – I would say the Rav mentions demons a lot, and particularly in connection to pgam habrit and shmirat eynayim. It could be, the same ‘rational’ Jews who decided evil doesn’t really exist also decided demons don’t really exist, and that’s a big part of why we just don’t hear much about them, particularly in certain circles.
I have a feeling that if more people understood demons were real – and really scary – just maybe, they’d be more motivated to be more careful with pgam habrit and shmirat eynayim.
I am not worried about AI. It is great at language, as it is LLM- large language model. Beyond that, AI is an arogant idiot. It cannot do anything. Neither robots. I save articles when engineers complain: “you don’t know how hard it is to put butter on bread for a robot.” Well, we should feel so superior to complete tasks with our senses and thinking!
