Atzeret for the Rav to get to Uman: 6pm Tue at the Kotel
The Rav started talking about Uman again, only very recently.
The main message is: everyone needs to go to Uman, regardless of what is happening with the Rav and Uman this year.
I have to say, the Rav’s perseverance and refusal to get yeoush about getting to Uman is remarkable, and really a living lesson, in just not giving up.
It’s something I am trying very hard to internalise myself, not always so successfully, as yeoush so often feels like the right response to all the crud we sometimes have to wade through in life.
Repeatedly.

There are some days, weeks, and even months, that just feel like ‘Groundhog Day’.
You know, like this:

In the meantime, the lesson is that we keep getting to do things over and over and over again, until we finally do it ‘right’.
However long that is meant to take.
